Eight peristaltic pumps deliver exact mL-per-gallon ratios, scaled to your actual tank level in real time. A half-full tank gets half the dose. Separate veg and bloom schedules, up to 12 weeks each, fully customisable per pump.
Six independent plant zones, each with a capacitive soil sensor read through an ADS1115 — 16-bit precision, no ADC noise. Plants only receive water when confirmed dry against that zone's individual threshold. No guessing. No overwatering.

Instant notifications to your phone via ntfy.sh — dry plants, low nutrient bottles, feed complete, WiFi restored. And the Taproot gets better after you buy it: firmware updates push wirelessly over your local network, no cables, no expertise, no downtime.
An ultrasonic sensor continuously measures the reservoir. Every dose is calculated against however much water is actually there. A half-full tank gets exactly half the nutrients. No other consumer controller does this — they all assume a fixed volume.
Not "the garden" — six individual zones with six independent sensors, six pumps, and six plant profiles. Different strains, different thresholds, different health status. One dry plant doesn't trigger water for all six. Each zone is its own autonomous closed loop.
